“Dear Sir/ Madam, I would just like to commend you on the service provided by two of your mechanics/ technicians on two separate occasions. I have a Westinghouse fridge which is approximately 10 years old and broke down about 18 months ago when the internal themometer broke. I telephoned and spoke with Serg who was extremely helpful and came around and fixed the fridge the very next day. Last week I had another problem with the fridge, this time a motor issue and once again called Serg. Serg was not available however a mechanic names Ross answered the call. Ross replaced a part in the motor and once again provided great service, knowlegde and customer service. I shall be highly recommending your company to friends and family. Thanks, Rhian”
