Our fridge broke down & after calling you it was agreed a technician would come the following morning (between 7am & 8am) to arrange repairs. I am delighted to say that the technician was there around 7:20am, very efficiently checked the fridge, found the problem and promptly repaired it.
We cannot speak highly enough of all aspects of your service; we were amazed that such levels of service still existed & so have all those friends & business associates to whom we have related this story.
